The aim of my bachelor thesis was to design a project of multifunctional apartment building with underground garage. To meet the physical-mechanical, urbanistic and architectonical requirements the project was designed in line with the valid standards and regulations of Slovak Republic. The object is situated in the centre of Dunajská Streda. The site, where the project will be implemented, is located between the streets Jesenský and Štúr. The apartment building has one underground and 5 over ground floors. The parking places for the residents, as well as the repositories, day room and boiler room are situated in the basement. The four multifunctional areas with store and back door are on the first over ground floor. The 32 dwelling units are situated on the second, up to the 5th floor. The dimensions of the flats are from 37,340 m2 to 120 m2, and to each of the flat belongs one loggia. The apartment building was designed as unhindered building, each floor is supplied with elevator, and there are marked parking places for people with disability in the underground garage. My bachelor thesis consists of textual and graphical part. The textual part contains the technical report, thermo-technical review and list of the items from typified floor. The graphical part consists of drawings and a poster.
