The theme of my Bachelor's thesis was an construcion-architectural solving of apartment building situated in comprehensive built-up area in town named Stupava. The level of project documentation is the project for builng realization with thermal assessment of fragments, filling construction and critical details according to STN 73 0540 / 2012. Built-up area contains of two sectional apartment building, four pointed apartment building and two terrace-houses. This particular apartment house is solved as sectional five floor apartment house with parking spots in basement. It is solved as 30 apartment unit with three types of flats. First one is two-roomed flat of lower area, the second one is two-roomed flat of higher area and the last one is four.roomed flat. Some flats in lower floors has a terraces and gardens. Terraces are situated on last five floor too. Ground floor has wheelchair access by comfortable ramps. The bearing system is solved as wall-monolithic, in basement as combinated system. Vertical comunication is meant by staircase and transparent elevators. Circumferential monolithic-walls are provided by contact thermal insulation system with use of mineral-wool and as final layer is used silicate plaster. The roofing of building is solved as single-sheating flat roof, in area of terraces as walkable roof with wear layer of low absorbent wood. The object si realized wih use of newest materials and technology to accomplish the highest estetic, typological, energetic, economic and hygienic conditions accordint STN and even the newest europe conditions. The purpose of apartment building is to provide convenient, economically available and comfortable living to young families.
