The aim of the theoretical part is to explain what is the performance of the company, what is marketing and strategic planning, what is the strategic business unit, what are the goals and what goals can the company choose, management of the corporate portfolio, the process of marketing plan implementation and control of marketing activities. The practical part describes the selected company, their performance, which are e.g. retail and wholesale, LFL indicator, gross profit, pre-tax profit, customer loyalty and others. We analysed these indicators to determine whether the objectives set by be met on the basis of selected indicators were achieving the desired results for the period 2015-2017. In discussion, we summarized the findings on selected indicators and formulated recommendations for the future.
