It is divided into two separate parts, the first is focused on the history of ethics and etiquette, business negotiations as a whole are characterised and subsequently divided according to the types. Next step specifies the whole business complexly, starting with the preparation for the negotiations, through offer phase, concession phase to the conclusion of the agreement until the end of negotiations. The thesis covers also trade negotiation methods, which are equally important, whereas the thesis discusses two of the methods, direct and indirect business method. The second part of the thesis presents the view of practical examples regarding etiquette in business negotiations with different cultural peculiarities. There are selected specifics in area of etiquette especially in foreign countries but also Slovakia.
