The subject of this thesis is consumers’ purchasing preference from the perspective of green economy. This thesis will analyze theories such as approach and consumers’ values, buying behaviour, green economy, principles of green economy, environmental issues and economic tools to achieve objectives of green economy while studying related and pertinent marketing surveys. The main objective of my thesis is to assess today’s state of purchase preference from the perspective of green economy. The value or potential significance of my Master’s thesis is in determining consumer’s awareness about green economy principles and their buying behaviour in this context.
