Zvolen: TU, 2019. 75 p.The main objective of the diploma thesis is the application of an ex ante prediction methods of financial analysis through which the future development of financial stability can be assessed on the example of a selected company Continental Automotive Systems Slovakia, s. r. o. located in Zvolen. The diploma thesis introduces the definition of the basic concepts of financial analysis and the characteristics of individual prediction methods. To meet the main objective, the analysis of the property and capital structure, the economic result and the analysis of the basic financial indicators is in the beginning of the analytical part. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis, selected prediction models are calculated and completed by a graphical development trend. The input sources for the financial analysis are obtained mainly from the financial statements of the company, in the analysed period 2013 - 2017. The conclusion of the thesis contains a discussion and evaluation of the results.
