Diploma thesis on the subject „Marketing analysis in a selected company Kika Nabytok Slovakia s. r. o.” discusses the research of marketing analyzes in Kika furniture store in Banská Bystrica. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the terms that serve us to better understand the marketing analysis, which we then applied in the practical part. In the practical part of the thesis we described partial objectives, which helped us to achieve the main goal as well as the description of the methodology of work. In the practical part we used questionnaires to find out how satisfied the customers are with the Kika store in Banska Bystrica. At the end of the thesis we evaluate the questionnaires and marketing analyzes, we present our suggestions and recommendations.
