The subject of this master thesis is the project of simple property adjustment. In the beginning we familiarize yourself with land consolidation in general, what is its content, reasons, who are participants, state authorities in the field of property adjustment and the stages. Another section is devoted to analysis of the criteria influencing the design of new land. A final section describes the project itself, a summary of the introductory base, the design of the new landscape organization and deal with various problems, the creation of partition plans in the form of location and ranging plan and in the form of geometric plan, statistical evaluation and comparison of results. All final results of the work are attached in the supplement.
