The aim of the thesis is to propose a questionnaire based on book sources and available literature focused on the use and specifics of communication in small groups in work contacts and in management in general. The structure of the work in the theoretical part is divided into two parts, in the first we define communication as a whole, define the basic elements and characteristics. In the second part we characterize small groups, describe communication in small groups and focus more on the means used for communication in small groups. Based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience, a questionnaire is proposed. The questions in the questionnaire focus on communication in small groups, including the specifics of this type of communication in an inventory firm.
