The presented bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of implementation processes in the territorial protection of nature. We have chosen the following partial objectives, following the main objective: Processing the theoretical knowledge of the implementation of the forestry regulatory instruments. To elaborate the theoretical knowledge about the territorial protection of nature. Handle decisions issued by District Offices at the headquarters of the county. When collecting the bachelor work, we focused on available published literary and internet resources. In the analysis, we used the content analysis of the text, which applies to all research procedures.
