The goal of this diploma thesis is a design of polyfunctional apartment complex in Bratislava´s urban neighbourhool – Petržalka. The area that is subject matter of this design is in centre of Petržalka and is defined with streets Pajštúnska and Tupolevova and Chorvátske rameno. Trolley road is planned to go through mentioned area in the future. Architecture stury creates polyfunctional apartment complex that makes enviroment attractive and offers its future residents progressive accommodation. The design offers not only apartment units but amenities such as restaurantd with the view, places for relax and free time activities. In this case the apartment complex will be a contribution to the general public that can improve social relations.
