The aim of the thesis is to design a multifunctional building within the urban structure of the Harbor City Bratislava city district Ružinov. The project focuses on the housing and urban character of the former industrial zone. At the same time, it refers to civic amenities and builds on the emerging business zone.The main purpose of presented work is to create new attractive and creative places to live, work and relax. The proposed zone is to create urban spaces, provide multifunctionality in housing and create an appealing environment of urban importance. Part of the proposed zone is also the use of interior block differentiated public spaces.
