The architectural study deals with the proposal for creating a new center of social interest for the residents of the Petržalka district and the wider public. Meeting spaces that offer multiple ways to spend time creating new features and supporting existing ones. The basic function of mostly living is complemented by various amenities in the parterre such as a media library in contact with the exterior with a residential terrace on the roof, cafes, seating areas, local shops from the main road of Pajštúnská Street, smaller office space and support community function. The center is further connected with a park on the western side of the territory with which it communicates effectively. The intention was to working with the differentiation of individual public sites.
