The aim of the diploma thesis Analysis and design of more efficient production of parts is to analyze problems, short comings of the currently used technology for the production of the brake caliper component. Based on the analysis, propose measures and solutions to optimize the efficiency, stability and cost of part production. The work is divided in to several chapters. The first chapter is focused on general knowledge of broaching tools and characteristics of individual types. The second chapter focuses on the types of structures and the method of dimensioning the broaching tools. In the thirth chapter was chosen the target of thesis. The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the current state of the SNOP. The fifth chapter is practical where is a description of the proposed new tool design. In the sixth chapter, the theoretical return on investment is evaluated based on the current state and economic indicators.
