The aim of the thesis was to design and process project documentation for the implementation project for the office building. The content of the work was from the mass design of the building, placing the building on the land, through the design of the building foundations, the disposition and taking into account the static, hygienic and fire requirements, requirements for the technical equipment of the building and smooth transfer of people within the building and out of the building, to the light engineering assessment of the premises, thermal engineering properties of the building envelope and the assessment of critical details.The proposed 24-storey building is located on land in the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen.
