The final thesis is about architectural and constructional solution of the new building, classified as Cultural and Social Center, situated in the town of Vranov nad Topľou on the plot no. 1924/1. It consists of one underground floor, where garage and technical facilities will be located and from two above-ground floors with regard to the variability of the given object purpose. There will be a multipurpose large-scale hall and a restaurant on the first floor and spaces for dance, music, fitness, seminars, courses, clubs on the second floor. Bearing parts of the building are designed from reinforced concrete skeleton, non-bearing parts are designed as dry construction processes to speed up construction time.This thesis is based on the realization project of the building, including thermal-technical, energetic and static analysis. The basic requirements of related professions were taken into account in the architectural and construction part.
