The main task of diploma thesis was design the project documentation on level for the implementation building. The work direct continue of diploma seminar, where architectural study object was elaborated. The building of family house with veterinary clinic is situated in the southwest part of cadastral area Bojná. The building plot is vacant, not used for any purpose and is situated on flat terrain. The vicinity is made up of fields and family houses. The proposed object consist of two functional units. The first is the veterinary clinic with a defined space for visitors, employees, with space for care and for short stay of animals. The second unit is the family house, where on the first floor is daily zone with the technical background and on the second floor is the night zone and the terrace. The specific element is the study, which consist of two floors and connect this two functional units. Under study is created the crossing to the garden with the green facade. The project aims to fully respect the territorial plan of the municipality and it is designed with respect to energy effectiveness, thus selection and properties of material used on heat exchange surface of buildings, constructional creation of details and the choice of suitable profiles and the type of filling of transparent structures. The task of the whole object is to fulfil the requirements of a modern house, as well as the veterinary clinic, but also suitable and quitly to merge with the surrounding enviroment.
