The main topic of the bachelor's thesis is the investment activity of the company and its effectiveness in the selected form of financing. The issue of the work is elaborated in four chapters, in which the whole issue is clarified regarding how to develop an investment company or companies and how to assess the economic efficiency that the company will achieve. In the first chapter, the author tries to characterize and define terms such as investments, business assets, sources of financing, evaluation of economic efficiency plus its methods, etc. The second chapter is focused on the goal of the work, which is supported by other auxiliary goals for successful implementation. The third chapter addresses and points to the issues that are necessary for a proper understanding of the substance. The fourth chapter covers the implementation of the investment in the designated company. The author points out various calculations and results, thanks to which he evaluates the economic efficiency of the investment.
