The goal of this work was to design a luxury house in the future luxury neighborhoods near Bratislava. Family house also includes a modern and professional recording studio. The project I developed as an architectural studio with attached component on the level of implementation of the project. Land house is located in a new residential area labeled Boháčky, which is located in Záhorska Bystrica. Family house situated in such areas I had to meet a certain standard of luxury and because also the house is in modern design and furnishing. The house consists of three main parts, and these parts are connected to one communication, thus creating a variety of outdoor terraces for different purposes. The building has two floors and the second floor is receding providing additional space for relaxation and recreation. The overall impression of modern construction works and fits into the theme of the future quarters.
