Entering thesis project was to implement the construction of apartment building. Apartment building will be situated in the center of Šaľa. Location of estate allows connection to utilities and the surrounding and main communication. The purpose of building a polyfunctional apartment building is to provide a high standard of living in a quiet and pleasant locality near the city center. Parking for residents of the apartment building is designed by the basement garage spaces. On the first floor are designed medium size multipurpose rooms for rent to solve the lack of suitable room for business in the city center. On the ground floors are situated sixteen three-to four-room housing units for families. Living spaces meet the requirements of a demanding client, whereas disposition of apartments offer large spaces with suitably chosen typology. Each apartment has its own balcony with large acreage orientated to south, or the loggia orientated to north with view to the park. The future realization of this residential building will completed construction of the Budovateľská street. Currently there is a flat vacantland with a grassy vegetation and smaller trees. After completion of the park next to the designed apartment building there will be pleasant place for relaxation and rest.
