The aim of my bachelor thesis is design project of residential building with polyfunctional part and to solve its location on the parcel. The work is divided into several parts, which are trying to cover a number of important elements of the building. Describe the material characteristics -- individual composition of structures, structural characteristics -- in the extensive construction details, as well as thermo-technical -- assessment fragments of structures and critical details. Also deals with the architectural elements of the design. The entire design aims at projecting residential building meeting all the criteria and requirements for cmfortable, nice and salubrious use of this building.
