The apartment house of flats is located in capital city of Slovak Republic. The new-building is standing in central part of Bratislava- Staré Mesto which is only four kilometers away from city centre. Thanks to the close distance from city centre, travelling is simple. Building is built on flat terrain, while it respects surrounding environment and the already existing build-up area. There are four other blocks of flats on the parcel. The whole complex is surrounded with Gaštanový les from the west side which creates pleasant environment and separates the building from main road and also decreases noise. As the building is build on a hill, it offers beautiful view at Kamzík and the whole city. At the west side there is Archive of Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic. The architectonic design of the building was created in relation to the natural environment. The face of the building is painted in natural color tones so it doesn't distort harmony of the background.
