My work is concerned with the development of project documantation of multifunctional apartment house in Pezinok in location with is set for development. Multifunctional apartment house consist of one section, has one uderground and four floors and from structual point of view i tis a skeletal support system with lengtwise support system. The underground floor is space for owners where they can park theirs vehicles, on the first floor are situated multifunctional space and space for tidying-up. Other floors are designed as typical space for living. The roofing structure is resolved by single skin non-walkable roof. This resolved multifunctional apartment house is in compliance with all norms and i tis appearance match the surrounding.
