Apartment building is located on a spacious lot in a quiet part of town Nitra. Its architectural design seeks to preserve the shape of the location, not distracting and it meets the requirements of modern construction objects. sified as sectional apartment building with two sections. The aim of my work was a comprehensive solution of implementation project of residential building. Candidates can choose from one, two or three-room apartments. On the first floor there is multifunctional part together with a common area of apartment owners, utility room and cellar. The first underground floor serves as a garage space for 24 parked vehicles plus two parking spaces for handicapped people. The carrier system of aboveground part consists of a reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill from company Porotherm. In the basement there are reinforced concrete walls 200 mm thick. The building is insulated with thermal insulation- thickness of 100 mm. Functionality of the proposed solution is demonstrated by thermo-technical rewies that meet the requirements of our standards. The bachelor thesis consists of text and graphic part. Text part contains technical report, thermal engineering evaluations, job listing and products of typical floors.
