Designed sectional multifunctional apartment house is situated in Bratislava exactly in the township Devinska Nova Ves plot no. 2019 /20. Projected height of terrain is justified for +-0.000 = 153.8 m above sea level. The multifunctional residential building is facing the street in a developing part of Bratislava. The building is located in the zone of settlement with the occurrence of two to three-stored houses with flat roofs. Selection of materials was decent with respect to the local environment of the Male Karpaty and location known as Sandberg. Entrance to the multi function part as well as entrance to the housing section located on the terrace is accessible by stairs or wheelchair access - ramp. Staircase and ramp have handrails on both sides. Access to the multifunctional is handled through the terrace to each part separately as well as the entrance to one of the three sections of the apartment building. On the first underground floor are parking spaces (total of 30 of which 8 is satisfactory also for disabled) and access to each section of the living area. On the first floor are multifunctional sections together with storerooms tearoom utility room (boiler room) storerooms for the residents of the apartment building -- called cells and communication areas of the building. On the second and fourth floor there are six four - room apartments and three-room flats (in each section are two four-room apartments and one Studio). On the third and fifth floor there are six five-room apartments (two five-room flats in each section). Access to the roof is available via the common communication area. In total the apartment building contained of 30 apartments units and two multifunctional sections and one teahouse.
