Thesis analyzes Mixed Use Building situated in urban area Rača-Krasňany, on Černockého street, Bratislava, which respects nature of the site, extends its functions, supplements existing build-up area and it adapts to it by its form and height. Building is sectional house situated in flat terrain, in an area rich in greenery. First floor is composed by business premises with arcade. Parking lots and building equipment are located in basement. Second to fifth floor comprises apartments of various size categories. The materials used, were selected according to the climatic conditions and orientation of the building to the cardinal points. Southwestern façade is comprised of loggias and terraces, northeastern façade is comprised of windows of smaller proportions. Mixed use building is connected to the transport network directed to the city center resp. out of the city in the northeastern direction.
