Assignment of the final thesis is focused on the drafting of a multipurpose residential building in the city of Bratislava - Raca. It is a sectional six-storey building with a sloping roof plane. Residential house is reacting to the situation existing residential environment to meet the current requirements of standardized according to the latest trends in today's society and comfort of the user. The goal was to incorporate the object into an urban context, layout options provide the user with sufficient contact solutions for exterior design and operating units so as to complement the comfortable use of a building. These incentives have become a prerequisite for the development of the proposal itself. Drafted architectural design includes design features, urban, functional - the operational and architectural design documented in graphical and textual part of the project area management. Mechanical - technical solutions, economic balance, accompanied by a report and a summary technical report documented the construction of the project for the construction permit.
