Abstract The aim of my work In this project I would like to focus mostly at certain problems and deficiencies occuring in a given locality. My main aim is to integrate the whole area into a homogenous form that will be giving a certain direction of an idea for further development and life. Most of all I will try to reduce the optical barrier influence of communications passing the area. It concerns mainly service and access communications, that are simultanously being used as arbitrarily created park places, because of what we are forced to consider compromises between green areas and parking places. Possible solution would be building up the pervious semi-strenghtened park spaces, which could in a certain way reduce the strenghtened spaces and could win us certain semi-grassed localities. Next part was creating of elements interacting with microclimate of the surroundings, mainly during the summer season. This would be achievable by planting of the vegetable mass that would be able to absorb the smog, exhalates and generally cleaning the atmosphere. Possible interventions of the locals, eighter in positive or negative way (vandalism, wantonly constructed dooryards) to the area should also be taking into account.. Therefore it would be beneficial to create certain space for self-realisation for the local people (excluding vandalism) in a way that would not damage the concept of the space, and would create the feeling of self-contribution to the enhancement of the area. To achieve this I would try to construct certain marked patches. As the next step I would like to transport and reconstruct the snack bar. I would place the bar into the valuable surrounding and incorporate into terrain relief, which would get grassed. These new established spaces would be included into an intense usage, where places for sitting could perspectively be created. Additionally the reduction of wood from safety and esthetical reasons should not be omitted, especially near houses. After finishing and subsequent re-evaluation of current observations I was able to make a conclusion and consequently to create a concept of a new design. As part of my solution I was processing two versions with different design. The first one was expressed by a dynamic form, while the second one was originating from geometric-formal style. In both versions I was leaving mostly original lines of communications. In both cases I was solving the question of the usage of two elements. The first one was a tent with fast food and the second one the object of transformer station. Both projects had their perspective of usage, the only thing they needed was to find them a space, possibly a function. In the case of the snack bar I have decided to reconstruct the object with the same function, but with higher level of cultural value. In the case of transformer station I was slightly limited as it concerns a static object which can not be moved. Therefore I have decided to supplement the object with the steel construction which would completely cover the object and would therefore redintegrate the object with its surrounding elements. After a careful consideration of positives and negatives I have decided for the static form, which will be more in a harmony with the surrounding flat lines of the built-up area.
