Labour is tasked to examine the ability of students who gained while studying at undergraduate level. Bachelor thesis contains the accompanying technical report, it builds on the drawing part. It consists of a floor plan, a situation, cuts, details and visualization. Thesis is subdivided into the first part, architectural design, and the second part, the construction project. Architectural design contains the same drawings as the design part of these drawings made in a more detailed scale and further it is necessary to develop with the details of the table. Contract talks on the creation of a building with a polyfunctional amenities. Award consists of land in Krasňany Raca. It is necessary to articulate the suitability of the object in the environment and equipment, which would complement the existing features in the area. The plot is almost flat with little elevation. Surrounding area consists of residential buildings with typical gable roofs. The environment is peaceful and quiet. The plot has good road access. My suggestion I have tried to incorporate into an environment that does not act too powerfully and fits into the surroundings. The upper part of the building to try to adapt existing pitched roofs and used for this purpose bevel sloping walls. Thanks to the upper floors can create a generous terrace with views of the surroundings. Each apartment also has a balcony for better contact with the exterior. The underground floor I create space for car parking plus a background object. On the first floor I placed the specified equipment. I chose a small cafe and a small relaxation and leisure center. I created it in the sauna world with a relaxation room. Additional floors are already smoothed apartment. I have created several options available. Bytes is the total of sixteen.
