TU vo Zvolene, 2018. 41 s.The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and compare the use of QR codes by addressed respondents. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part we characterized communication tools, bar codes – their development, types and benefits and lastly, we described QR code and its use in practice. In the second part we described the objective and methodology of the thesis. In the third analytical part using questionnaire survey we examined how well people know the QR code and how much they use it. In case they do not use QR code we were interested in the reasons they chose not to.
