In this work I dealt with the design of an apartment building from a structural, static and technological point of view. I worked out a project of a construction organization, where I was dealing with the equipment of construction areas, intra-state transport, lifting mechanisms, social construction of the site, connection to the engineering network, storage of waste and soil. Based on the report, I drew a drawing in which I plotted the state of the art, the projected objects and the temporary building site. Next, I proposed groups of workers of individual construction processes and on the basis of work I proposed a time schedule for the construction of a rough construction of the building to which I attached the histogram of workers and machines. In the next part I dealt with the elaboration of a technological regulation for the implementation of system ceiling finishing. The Technology Regulation serves to clarify the correct workflow, quality of work requirements and health and safety at work.
