The aim of work is to evaluate the land on Štefánikova street revitalization taht suits urban arch itectu ral realitie site. My gloal is to create a new object with an art schools, multifunctional hall and restaurant, which will increase the quality standard of urban planning district Upper Town. The proposed facility will ofter an above-average standard and link the two operations and the operation of a restaurant and Art School. Parking is located on the first underground floor where i tis located 27 parking spaces. Land for construction is located on Štefánikova street in the heart of the city center. Existing mail street wing, northern court yard and the court yard wing and the real wing city plan required to keep an existing building mass. Is earmarked for the construction of almost the entire land area, Access roads arebuilt on urban land and Access to land across the street is the goal. Given that the building is situated in the arearelated to urban conservation area, it was neccessary to design the object based on zhe determined predisposition in existing buildings (building height, roof shape, size, material, .. ) Land on which the building and residental premises. The terrain is fiat land with aslope of 3 to the west. The plot is all the required destribution utilities. The proposed facility will complete the multipurpose building mass realized space. The proposed facility in front of the shape of sreet preserves existing buildings building consists of two floors and residental attic. The construction of the building will be back and roofing technology traditional wooden roof and hard ceramic tiles in combination with titanium-zinc sheet on dormers. The solutions have been used for alternative sources of energy, using solar energy.
