The aim of my bachelor thesis was to prepare a project on a particular plot. The architectural and design solution of the residential building was adapted to the character of the area. The land is subject to building restrictions. For this reason, the building is designed with only one underground floor. There are also height restrictions as the building is located in the area predestined for housing construction.The object is built on a rectangular plot, the proposed building copies this shape. The ground plan of the residential building is oriented north - south. It is a residential building without a half-function. There are 21 apartments in the whole building. Parking is provided by an underground garage, which also includes storage areas. The envelope was designed to meet the thermal requirements. The apartment house positively complements the character of the area and offers the possibility of luxury housing.
