This task deals with the project for realization of the apartment house. The project is completely processed and meets all architectural, structural, static, technological and fire safety criteria under current legislation. The basis for the realization project were projects for zoning and building permit developed in the subjects Design Studio 2, 3 and 4. The designed building is polyfunctional terraced dwelling house. The terraces are oriented to the south side overlooking the leisure-recreational zone Kamenný mlyn. The house has a basement and six upper floors. The building has a rectangular ground plan with an extended part of the basement. The facade is divided horizontally substantially continuous balconies and terraces. A considerable part of the facade consists of glass surfaces. 33 housing units located on the 2nd to 6th floor is available in residential part. Apartments are 1, 3 or 4-room. The design of flats put emphasis on the quality of living and low operational costs. The apartments are split dispositionally of the social and private part. At the first floor there are 4 rooms for rent with their background. For the needs of residents of flats are in the basement 35 garage parking places and basement cells. In the building is also a technological base for the operation of the entire building. The technical report with the identification data for construction, architectural and urban solutions, description of construction works and the overall thermal-assessment of the building is prepared for a project.
