The task of my bachelor thesis was to design and to develop a realization project of apartment house with polyfunction. The designed object is situated on the outskirts of the town Trnava called Kamenný mlyn. The apartment house is a staircase type of house with two sections. The object has 6 storeys above ground and one basement storey. There are parking lot and basement cells situated on the basement floor. On the first floor, there are polyfunctional spaces for three services, shared spaces and boiler room. There are flats located on second to fifth floor, while there are 4 three-room and 2 one-room flats on every floor. On the sixth floor, there are 2 two-room flats and 2 three-room flats with patios. The load-bearing system consists of monolithic reinforced concrete cross-wall system combined with column system. Horizontal bearing system is made of reinforced concrete slabs. The function of reinforcement core is constituted by elevator shaft made of reinforced concrete. The buliding is founded on a mat-slab foundations and is covered by a flat roof.
