Art kindergarten is a building that serves not only to educate children but also to develop their artistic sense. The object must meet the basic typological standards for buildings of this type and, at the same time, its architecture ought to fit into the environment as well as the children's artistic development. The main idea of the project is to create a natural environment for children to grow up. The designed building is based on the composition of the environment - the edges of the object are aligned with the axis of the surrounding area. An important element of the mass design is also the guidance on the river by the lifting of the object, which creates the exposed part and also the layout of the object - the added function of performance. This architectural feature is also usable in the exterior, as the wall space under the mass of the building can be used as a drawing space.The architecture of the building is inspired by the natural character of the environment with the aim to fit into the surrounding area, but with its substance to highlight the important determinants of the territory - the promenade and the Chorvátske rameno.The designed building has a brick wall support system and a reinforced-concrete ceiling in a single-storey section and a ceiling with steel frayed beams in the elevated part. In the underground basement there is a proposed reinforced concrete bath because of the high underground water in the proposed area. The roof of the building is green, extensive.
