The aim of the thesis was to design an artistic center for seniors in Petržalka near a lake Draždiak.The surrounding area is typical of the combination of panel construction and recreation by the lake.The proposed building is located in the southern part of the property. When designing, I count with a plan to build a tramway that should lead through the western part of the plot. As it is a significant traffic connection of the whole-city importance it guides the main entrance to the tram stop in the west. The eastern part of the building is oriented towards the lake and the forest. At the center of the building there is an atrium, allowing the light to flow to the layout and to create a calm, safe zone for retirees. The building is single-storey, with two raised masses. Below the building there is a garage for visitors to the center.
