It is necessary for the company to have a good organizational structure, but above all, to lead life into it. This is possible provided that the company has capable, qualified, creative workers, equipped with fluency, flexibility and originality of creative thinking, able to orient themselves in crisis situations and often intense relationships and arts, these situations take place as soon as they occur. Based on the set trends and directing attention to staff, it is almost clear that the dominant role in solving problems will have in the next period, in addition to the corporate sphere, people who work in it and who are an important resource of any modern society. The aim of our work is to focus on specific aspects such as communication, motivation, education and satisfaction of people in relation to the quality of performance and the quality of the final production in the company Píla Rosík, p. r. about. Thanks to the analysis, it is possible to find the weaknesses of the quality management system in relation to the employees in the company and try to eliminate them.
