The Master thesis deals with external factors and analysis their impact on financing of the selected company. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the characterization of individual external factors and their functions, tools and effects on business financing. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the company Mestské lesy, s.r.o. Krupina and the analysis of impact of fiscal policy on its financing. The analysis specifically deals with the effects of the tax and subsidy area of the fiscal policy. The conclusion of the Master thesis is devoted to the assessment of the tax burden of the company by direct taxes and assessment of the state subsidy in the form of non-repayable financial subsidies.
