The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the use of different types of digital marketing and to determine the impact on potential customers while applying the acquired theoretical knowledge. In the theoretical part, we define basic marketing concepts, which brings us to the characteristics of individual types of digital marketing. Digital marketing is differentiated into several concepts: e-mail marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, search engine optimization and affiliate marketing. We will also focus on online advertising, where we define banner advertising and PPC. The practical part is primarily focused on the analysis of the questionnaire, completed by the respondents. The results obtained from the analyses will be evaluated by statistical methods and used for estimating the level of digital marketing communication in our selected company that focuses on agritourism. Finally, we will attempt to design the most effective solutions to improve online communication with the customer for our company.
