The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of relations with suppliers in the woodworking company HIRJAK - HARDWOOD, s.r.o. The work consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, we deal with marketing issues and theoretical concepts such as market research, supplier analysis, purchasing, the marketing environment and the woodworking industry. In the second and third chapter we describe the goal and methodology of the work. In the last chapter, we briefly characterized the company and its supplier relationships with suppliers of HIRJAK - HARDWOOD, s.r.o., based on which we created an evaluation of suppliers, using ABC analysis. The work also presents theoretical information and knowledge about analyses, which can be used in other areas of analysis than in the field of suppliers.
