The subject of diploma thesis is The Analysis of Methods of the Long-Term Tangible Assets Financing. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with characteristics, breakdown, procurement, appreciation, depreciation, decommissioning, financing of long-term assets. The final part of the theoretical part is devoted to investment efficiency assessment methods. The practical part of the diploma thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the accounts of KUHO-MIX spol. A.S. focused on the ratio indicators of indebtedness and liquidity. The second part of the practical part is analyzing selected methods of financing long-term assets. The main objective of the diploma thesis is based on the studied literature and the aforementioned analyzes to determine the optimal method for financing long-term assets.
