The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to compare the influence and impact of a wooden house made of CLT panels with an external facade made of thermal wood and titanium zinc roofing on the environment. The properties of the individual materials used in the design of the wooden construction are described and closely analysed in separate chapters of the thesis. Another issue the work has been focusing on is the evaluation of the results from the used software tool for life cycle assessment SimaPro. The assessed materials are shown in graphs and their impact on the environment is determined by individual indicators. The results were compared between building designs with different external compositions and used materials were ranked from the most influential to the least. The final results showed that the most favourable alternative among the examined proposals was a wooden building with wooden cladding, and on the contrary, the most unfavourable option was a building with a titanium-zinc facade. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is also the development of drawing documentation for the design of buildings, including drawings of CLT panels for their production.
