The project was also designed in terms of typological, urban, as well as architectural and construction-technical aspects. From the urban point of view, the settlement of the building on the plot and compliance with the rules on the land. From the architectural point of view, the solution to the world faces and the layout of the building.The main entrances to the object solved at the 1st floor. On the east side of public communications. On 1.N.P. the multifunctional spaces are solved with inputs to the communication cores. The apartment house is designed with three communication cores. On 2.N.P. - 4.N.P. are resolved flats. From the communication cores on each floor, three bytes with different layouts are available. Two are designed by a balcony. On 5.N.P. two higher standard flats with a larger area and a separate garden are designed. Strecha nad 5.N.P. is designed as green and is used for relaxation. At 1.P.P. are solved parking spaces of residents of the apartment house and storage areas for each apartment (dwellings). The supporting structures were designed based on static calculations according to valid standards to meet the requirement of mechanical resistance and safety. The apartment house is designed in compliance with the requirements of fire safety of buildings. Packaging as well as holes are designed in terms of energy efficiency and thermal protection of buildings.
