The task of my bachelor thesis was to review drinking water supply of Rimavska Bana. The municipality does not have its own water reservoir, which does not enable the creation of water supplies for leveling uneven water abstraction or for emergency situations, such as fire or failure of the delivery pipe. The first part was aimed to determine the current consumption of drinking water and design new pipeline profiles of new materials. The second part was focused on proposing two alternatives to supply municipality. Alternative No. 1 is considering with installation of reducing valve on the supply pipe. Alternative No. 2 is considering with the construction of water accumulation - a reservoir. In conclusion, I review these two alternatives.
