Corporate culture is currently considered a crucial prerequisite for long-term prosperity. There are several definitions of corporate culture, but in general we understand it as a set of behaviors, work procedures, values and habits applied in the company. The corporate cultu-re is unique for each company and has a huge impact on the actions and actions of employ-ees. The aim of the diploma thesis is to define the corporate culture in the selected compa-ny DOKA DREVO, s. r. o. and offer its management effective solutions to eliminate defi-ciencies. The first chapter focuses on the detailed characteristics of corporate culture, pre-sents the various definitions, functions, tasks, features, levels, strength and typology of corporate culture. The practical part of the work focuses on the analysis of corporate culture in the company DOKA DREVO, s. r. o. based on the results of a questionnaire survey. By interpreting the results, we identify the hierarchical type of corporate culture in the survey-ed company and compare the results of the perception of corporate culture in terms of gen-der of the sample. The result of the analysis is the proposal of appropriate measures to eli-minate the identified problems that may positively affect the perception of the company by its employees.
