The bachelor thesis deals with the vision of reconstruction of the unused building of the Zvolen bastion as one of the most typical urban dominants.Addressing the issue of an independent building uses its location, set in the busy center of Zvolen, and the need to create new job opportunities for companies, entrepreneurs or the public. The proposal focuses on a comprehensive proposal for the reconstruction of the building, while the creation of a working-coworking space was achieved. The building created a place suitable for both short-term and long-term lease, for work in an open office space divided into individual zones.The building is divided into three floors, which are rented separately or together. The customer can choose the term, time and time when the object can be rented over the Internet.Coworking and shared workplaces are a trend that is sought after for fast work or business trips, meetings, company parties, where the object in the case of such needs also acts as a representative of the possibility of foreign visits.The idea combined the rawness of the original building with a link to modern design and artistic expression.
