Pages (42)The bachelor thesis deals with the amendment to the Labor Code with effect from 1 May 2018 and its specific change, which mainly concerns the wage benefits of employees in selected employment relationships - agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship. The work is divided into five parts. The first one has a theoretical character, describes and explains the terms used in labor law, terms related to individual types of employment and also agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship. The whole work serves to better understand the problem. The content of the second part is the main goal of the work, the partial goals for its achievement and then follows the methodology of work and procedures selected to create its individual parts, which is the essence of the third part. In the penultimate part - analytical and practical - there is a well-arranged overview of decisive changes in labor legislation (surcharges) and the impact of these current changes is also presented, especially on the so-called. "dealers" using practical examples. The conclusion of the thesis serves to evaluate the current state and to evaluate the impact of the mentioned changes both on the employee and on the employer who enters the given employment relations.
