The aim of our bachelor thesis is to find out the quality of the activity of the Retirement home and home of social services in Tisovec. We focused on some activities of the facility, especially on satisfaction of clients, quality of provided services, clients overall perception of the surroundings in which they are located and also the satisfaction of employees, etc. In the theoretical part we deal with areas related to service characteristics, quality of services and characteristics of social services. In the practical part, we examined the quality of services provided to clients as well as to employees. We used the polling method by questionnaire and interview. For finding out the quality of the services provided in the facility, we processed the answers in tabulator and graphical form which helped us with proposals for their improvement.
