The aim of the assignment was to design an ambassador's residence on the plot in Jančova street in Bratislava. The plot is surrounded by the building which are the same typological type and other residential buildings. The residence is supposed to consist of a living for ambassador, small consular office, apartments for consulate employees and embassy representative rooms. The proposal divides the plot into private and public sections. This division appears throughout the design, whether on the level division (two levels - two functions), or horizontal division (facade design). The most priority aim was to separate public spaces from private, to ensure the continuity of operations (household operation, the operation of representative spaces and its facilities, the operation of the consular office), their non-confliction and functionality, as well as the logical linking of the spaces while supporting their cooperation.
